Blueberry & Chocolate Oatmeal

When Breakfast feels like Dessert..This oatmeal will kill every sweet tooth!

You can use any fruit you wish, but I personally loved that combination. Plus there is so much good in blueberries! They are high in vitamin C, manganese, and fiber.

“A significant study links berry consumption with improved heart health. You can’t get the same benefit from a pill or supplement.”

 ½ cup oatmeal
 ½ cup blueberries
 1 tsp dark cacao
 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

1

Pour boiling water over your oatmeal (if using coconut milk you will need to cook it for few minutes in a small pot - I don't recommend to microwave it, unless it's necessary). Let them soak for few minutes.

2

Add 1 Tbsp of cacao and shredded coconut. Mix all together and add blueberries on top. If you like it more sweet you can drizzle your oatmeal with maple syrup.
