 2 eggs
 1 tsp dark cacao
 1 tsp cinnamonn
 2 tbsp chickpea flour
 1 tsp mascarpone
 1 cup raspberries

1. Preheat waffle maker.

Mix together eggs, flour, dark cacao and cinnamon.

Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Spread waffles with mascarpone and top with raspberries.
