Garlic Shrimps, Kale & Cauliflower Mash


  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 8 cups kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6oz shrimps
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice


1. MASHED CAULIFLOWER: Place cauliflower florets and 2 cloves of garlic in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover and steam until very tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Place the cooked cauliflower in a food processor. Add 1 teaspoon of butter, salt and pepper; process until smooth and creamy.
2. KALE CHIPS: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner; transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle the kale with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake around 10-15 minutes, turning the leaves halfway through.
3. GARLIC SHRIMPS: In a Ziplock bag, mix garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic and mix all ingredients together. Melt 2 teaspoons butter in a large skillet over medium high heat, add shrimps. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 10 minutes.
